Synthetic resin-based water-dispersion primer with very low volatile organic compound, for cementitious adhesives and smoothing compounds on porous, non-porous and gypsum-based substrates.

Minimum drying time: Within 2 hours
Application: Brush, roller or spray
Storage life: 24 month in original sealed packaging
